Monthly Rental Rate

Due to numerous request for the rate of monthly rental. Management has decided that the rate and condition shall be as follows:

  1. Standard room - RM900 (without breakfast) + RM200 (deposit, refundable upon check out)
  2. Superior room - RM1,000 (without breakfast) + RM200 (deposit, refundable upon check out)
Full payment must be made upon check in. Room will be cleaned every Saturday. Alteration of bed position, cooking, decoration is strictly not allowed.
